Dr.Greeley and her staff are absolutely wonderful. The compassion and caring shows when I bring my cat in for his weekly visit. The staff are friendly and very professional. Dr Greeley takes the time to listen and address any concerns or questions that t may have. My cat receives excellent medical care at the clinic. I would't think of taking him anywhere else. i highly recommend Scottsdale Animal Clinic for your pets medical care.
This was by far the worst veterinary experience I have ever had, and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. First of all, it is practically impossible to contact them by phone. You only reach a voicemail, and they never call you back. After weeks of insisting, I finally received a form by email, filled it out, and sent it back—then had to wait almost three weeks before they gave me an appointment. After arranging time off work for the appointment, they canceled on me and rescheduled. I accommodated again, only for things to get even worse on the actual day. Even though I arrived on time, the doctor told me she would see another patient first. I agreed to wait, but the staff member who came into the exam room was shockingly unprofessional. She was rude, visibly irritated, and dismissive of the medical records I brought, even mocking them as “just receipts.” When she attempted to take my cat temperature, she handled him roughly enough that he cried out in pain. Billie is an extremely calm cat who never scratches or bites, so for him to react like that says everything. Instead of being patient or asking for assistance, she became annoyed at my cat’s reaction, let him go abruptly, and rudely told me the doctor would have to deal with it. The entire interaction was hostile, careless, and stressful for both me and my cat. After an hour at the clinic, absolutely nothing was accomplished except that my cat left scared and vomiting probably because of the stress. This clinic clearly does not have enough staff to handle the patients they accept, and the few staff they do have are extremely rude and unprofessional. The lack of basic customer service, compassion, and proper care was unacceptable.
I came in with my new 6 week old kitten after being turned away by 4 other vets near the area. He was not eating and throwing up, and they made time to see him even though they had no available appointments for the day. Everyone was super helpful trying to help find out what was wrong with him. Dr. Greeley took her time to check him without stressing him out since he was already in a delicate state and she got him the medications he needed and a supplement to help get him fed while he had no interested in food. They set up a follow up for him just 3 days later to check that he was doing better (which he was thankfully!) It was truly the best experience I've ever had at a vet and I will definitely be going back with the rest of my babies. In addition to how well they took care of my little guy, they are also super affordable!
