I recently visited a property designed and built by Mr Dhanvanth in Ananya Gardens—it was love at first sight. The home was magnificent, both inside and out. Set in an exceptionally advantageous location, near the CHIL SEZ Park, the property immediately stood out for its thoughtful design & elegant aesthetics. The interiors were beautifully crafted, reflecting a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of space & style. While I ultimately decided not to go through with the purchase due to my personal preference for a slightly larger kitchen, my admiration for the house remains unchanged. More importantly, my interaction with Dhanvanth left a lasting impression. He was incredibly cordial, professional, and genuinely passionate about his work. His knowledge and taste in design are truly remarkable, and it’s rare to meet someone so aligned with both form and function. This was the first project that totally captivated me at first glance, and I consider my acquaintance with Dhanvanth a valuable one. I look forward to working with him on my own future project and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking excellence in design & execution. Thank you.

Visited this house. Exquisite tiles, very nice cabinetry, spacious kitchen, beautiful and spacious rooms, master bh with walkin closet, were all notable. The details are impressive. The view of coconut groove from the balcony is very pleasant. The iot friendly electric working is impressive. Loved the construction and plan.
