Laptop Outlet

I urge you not to make a purchase with this company. We bought a ROG Ally for our son, for Christmas 2023. It has worked for a short time only and has been returned many times. He has hardly been able to use if for most of the year. It has been returned three times ( twice to ASUS and a third time to Laptop Outlet) and each time we have asked for a refund which has been refused. Laptop outlet currently still have the device and have had it for nearly two months! The customer service is appalling. No-one can tell us what is going on. We are reporting to Trading Standards and are thoroughly sick of this. Shame on you, this was a kid's Christmas gift. You have made a kid miserable.

My brand new laptop was delivered with a faulty trackpad, so I returned it. They received my laptop 2 days ago. I called today to ask when my replacement will be dispatched and was told up to 10 working days. If I bought a new one online from the same company I could have it tomorrow. They have it in stock. Unlike a male reviewer with a similar problem, I was not promised priority, even though I asked for it. Is this sexism? I requested a callback from a manager. The call was from the same CS team as the manager was 'too busy' - said there's nothing they can do, so I requested a refund. Don't use.

I recently purchased a laptop from Laptop Outlet, and overall I had a positive experience with their customer service. The staff were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process. Initially, I faced a bit of disappointment when my first order was cancelled due to a technical glitch on the outlet's end. It was particularly frustrating because it was the last unit available and I had to wait because of the issue in applying student discount. However, the customer service team showed great consideration and assured me that they would try to offer a personalized deal or price match in the future to make up for the inconvenience. A few days later, I found a good deal on the same laptop but in a different color (better price than the previous one and anywhere else). Once again, the customer service team was very helpful in assisting me to place the order. As a token of gratitude for the earlier inconvenience, they upgraded my free wired mouse to a wireless one. I would recommend Laptop Outlet for the supportive and responsive customer service as well as prices because sometimes you could really get very good deal which you would not find elsewhere on any other websites.
