I contacted a number of locksmiths who couldn't help because they didn't work with that style of lock or would refer me to door companies. I found Las Vegas Lock and Key and spoke to Jacob. I explained my issue and he asked me to provide pictures. Jacob explained that he would probably have to contact a supplier on Monday. Jacob texted me after hours and identified the exact lock that I had and provided an online company to order it from and I was able to order it and have it within a few days. The replacement fit and worked better than expected. I wanted to share my gratitude to Jacob that he did research after hours and wanted nothing in return. I haven't experienced this level of customer service in a such a long time and he exceeded my expectations. Jacob responded quickly, was professional, polite and was very knowledgable. I have already shared my experience with friends and neighbor's and will reach out when I am in need of any services that he provides.
