Las Vegas Lock and Key LLC

Last week (Saturday evening) the lock mechanism in my glass french door in my kitchen leading to the backyard seized up. I was unable to close and lock the door. I contacted a number of locksmiths who couldn't help because they didn't work with that style of lock or would refer me to door companies. I found Las Vegas Lock and Key and spoke to Jacob. I explained my issue and he asked me to provide pictures. Jacob explained that he would probably have to contact a supplier on Monday. Jacob texted me after hours and identified the exact lock that I had and provided an online company to order it from and I was able to order it and have it within a few days. The replacement fit and worked better than expected. I wanted to share my gratitude to Jacob that he did research after hours and wanted nothing in return. I haven't experienced this level of customer service in a such a long time and he exceeded my expectations. Jacob responded quickly, was professional, polite and was very knowledgable. I have already shared my experience with friends and neighbor's and will reach out when I am in need of any services that he provides.

Jake helped me on a Sunday morning. I locked myself out of our new rental house. Jake was very efficient in finding my house and he arrived in 15 minutes. He took good care of the situation and changed the door lock in less than 30 minutes. Very professional. Very competent. Reasonably priced. I recommend Jake.
