We applied to rent a house the day it went on the market. We waited for almost 3 weeks to be told the owner picked someone else. They didn't even process our application. I would text them and all they would say is we will follow up with your application and advise. My real estate agent tried to call them and would never answer the phone. The house is still for rent on their website. Very unprofessional.

Guy Nisgoda is a realtor I would highly recommend--not only professionally, but truly cares about his clients entire experience when buying or selling a home. He helped my wife and I sell property that we had purchased for investment. Before purchasing the home, he made sure that we had the home inspected. He explained all details about the inspection and how it was in our best interest, as it was for our own protection. When we went to sell the house, he worked very hard so that we got the very best price for it. He made sure all paperwork was signed correctly and on time. Everything went very smoothly thanks to Guy and his office staff, and we were very happy working with him.

Guy Nisgoda is the most outstanding realtor I’ve ever worked with. He went to great lengths to help us purchase our current home.
