Having had a family dentist since I was little I never thought even once about changing dental clinics. Until COVID. My previous office because charging full up front without insurance, which had to be filed later. I do not have that kind of money and fell into despair. 4 years later and someone recommended the LaSalle Dental Clinic to me. Imagine my surprise when not only did they take my insurance up front but offered to do a regular exam instead of a full exam if it helped me with costs. I was so touched I felt like crying. My visit with them was phenomenal and we laughed a lot together. I felt like I had known them my entire life. If I could give more than five stars I would. Thank you for making me feel like I'm "coming home" for the first time since 2020. What a wonderful new dentist experience. If anyone is wondering about a new place for them, please go here!! Attitude: Personable, Compassionate, Empathetic, and Warm ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Atmosphere: Clean!!!! Very well kept with bright white walls that make you think of clean teeth! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location: Practically right at the Arthur bus stop! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible! They make it work! Lots of room and not at all cramped. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bathroom for clients: ✅ (and also very very clean) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely book with them now. I do not have enough nice things to say. Thank you so much for everything.

I recently moved here along my wife and daughter from another provider located in Val Caron and I am confused and very surprised to see any negative reviews. I am in my late forties and can honestly say, this is the best treatment I have ever received in dentistry. The staff is kind, courteous and Dr. Carpentier is exceptionally contentious regarding the service she provides.

I had the worst experience ever with the girl at the front desk first of all I had to pay $25 fee because I had to reschedule an appointment due to work schedule so I had to step away from the desk to activate my card, then I could hear the girl and another girl gossiping about me, then they started running around looking for me as if I skipped out on $25 Very rude!!!! Never going back there again!!! Totally unacceptable.

Beautiful modern facility. All the staff were friendly and courteous, as well as extremely professional. Direct billing with insurance is a plus
