The Interesting thing is they installed metal valleys for roof warranty. To top off I received a 15 year roof warranty. I’m happy with the roof and price. So no subcontractors or lack of managerial leadership or knowledge of the job planning. This made me feel much more confident that things would be done as discussed. And this turned out to be true. 2. They worked very hard, professionally, and thoroughly. The timeline and materials used were spot on to the quote. 3. Everything was cleaned up and no mess of nails or broken materials. Everything was hauled away and the before and after for my yard was the same. 4. Some needed roof repairs were very well done at no additional charge. These had been anticipated and fortunately was not beyond a threshold. But frankly the quoted additional costs if more repairs had been necessary were fair. 5. I was up there with them a lot and all the work was done really well. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. 6. My one area of concern was PPE and safety which I thought could have had a bit better equipment and use. But the team all seemed comfortable and confident in everything they did, so that may have just been my impression.
