What can I say about this experience it was such a great experience. From walking in the door I was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist which I wish I got her name because there’s been times I’ve walked into establishments like this just to be stared at awkwardly or told that they only do females but she greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed !! I had the pleasure to get my eyebrows done by Siena and I have to say she made it an amazing experience. The last few I’ve been to the workers don’t make conversation and the fact they were rough but with Siena she made it a comfortable space with great conversation and focused on what I wanted done instead of doing it the way she wanted also she was so gentle in doing it I actually didn’t have tears in my eyes. This place was just a random find on google and I have to say I’m happy with the outcome and will definitely be coming back. 10/10

I went here months ago but literally have not stopped thinking about how awful my experience was. Told the girl I was getting engaged, she proceeded to make two of the cuticles on my LEFT hand bleed! She was so rough, it hurt so badly and for days afterwards the skin around my nails was so red and inflamed. She literally did not apologize and I genuinely don’t even think she properly cleaned the areas that were bleeding. I was so scared I was going to get an infection and was hoping my boyfriend wouldn’t propose until the cuts healed. On top of it being a horrible experience, this place was wildly expensive for the quality of the manicures they give. 0/10 would not recommend!

Lauren and Marlee were wonderful. Always so pleasant and do a fantastic job. Switched to regular polish and still looks amazing My husband is loving his manicures. Now working on the pedicures.

I have been to laser it several times in past for Bella hydration facial and it was great. However this time I left my face was all scratched up with lines all over it. It looks like my face was pushed up against a fence. When I came back in to show staff they told me to put cold water on it and to cover with make up. I do no blame the girl who did it but I do think something is wrong with what ever tools were used. No one called after to see how was healing and it cost a lot of money to basically have my face all scratched up. Unfortunately I won’t be back
