I don't recommend to do brow lamination in here as what had happened the day after was my brows got really red and the other one got burn because of the chemicals. The rashes shows up and the brow area starts to peels, the surface feels rough and bleed a bit. I booked 2 sessions here which are lash lift and brow lamination. The lash overall was good but the chemical stings my one eye during the process, mind you it's been my third time appointment here doing lash lift and never happen before. My appointment was start from 9-11 am, but the technician finished it within 1hour(2sessions) and seems to be rushing no briefing at all or asking if I do mind or not to do those 2 at the same time even though I already pay for those 2 hours and in the end what I got is burning skin on my brow (the brow wasn't look neat either). The technician not communicative nor friendly. If I don't start to mentioned how I want my brows to be done she would be just keep silent. In the end I don't like the brow result, it ruin my appearance and burn my skin.She is not even wearing a mask! She sneeze while doing my lashes and go back to do the lash as if nothing happened! Please prioritise the hygiene.

I found Lash Blossom by accident four years ago when I just moved to Sydney. I honestly had zero expectations and was completely blown away after my first visit. The ladies here (no matter who you get FYI) are best in business and would take such meticulous care of your lashes / brows needs. Also I’m incredibly chaotic with my scheduling and they’re incredible at accomodating my needs for last minute appointment. Absolutely recommend!
