My launch your hair experience with Kat was genuinely the best hair service I’ve had! To start, Kat herself is wonderful and very friendly. During the consultation I felt like she was truly listening to what I wanted, provided great guidance, and the results spoke for themselves! I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other salons where I would explain my goals and leave the salon with something I felt was radically different. Not here! Additionally, for color service it was both quick and thorough. Moving onto the shampoo, the salon offers a virtual quiz to determine your hair care needs which was such a cool touch! Overall extremely happy with the color and style and will be back to see Kat:)
