On time and friendly. As much as no one really likes to visit the dentist’s office, Laurel Dental Group makes it pleasant. It’s always like catching up with extended family. The staff is always smiling and ready to make you comfortable with whatever you’re having done.
I was a walk in to get a crown glued back in place. I was taken in quickly and the procedure was done quickly and very professional. My only complaint came when time to pay the bill. I was in the room about 30 minutes and the bill was $269.00. The rate of $500 per hour seemed outrageously high. I tried to ask for justification and the girl at the desk just said “That's what the charge is “. This same procedure was done a few years ago at another dentist and the charge was $60 I think.
Everyone is always polite and friendly. Dr. Martin has retired (good for him) he was professional, through and always explained it so I could understand. I think Dr.Morgan is going to be much the same. I will recommend Laurel Dental Group to everyone!
