Laurie HallI have been coming to this practice since 2016. When my PCP retired, I was tentative about trying someone new, but I am glad I stayed on as a patient. I can't give Dr. Kate Donovan enough praise! She is thorough, attentive, and compassionate. She provides you her full attention, asks probative questions, and provides clear treatment options and advice. The office itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Front staff are capable, but could be a little friendlier.
PSRMy husband and I have had a great experience with this practice as well as our doctor, Dr. Yuan. As a patient with chronic conditions (many of which are under-researched) it is often difficult to find good doctors. Dr. Yuan, however, is exceptional. He is very professional, competent, thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. He’s up to date with a lot of complex conditions and researches answers to questions he may not know off the top of his head. The office staff is great as well, they are also very professional and efficient and it is easy to communicate with them as well as the doctor on the patient portal. My husband and I have only good things to say about this practice.

Starting with the front desk staff, to the intake staff, provider and all the way to the check-out staff...a first rate patient experience. Offering both online scheduling and virtual visits makes access to care far better than most of it's competitors, and has saved me a few urgent care trips. Plenty of parking availability plus a large, comfortable waiting room coupled with an onsite lab makes it a very patient friendly experience. Clinicians and staff all have great bedside manner and I'd advise anyone living in the RVA area to consider establishing care with Reynolds Primary Care. Big shout out to Dr. Woodward and his care team, nothing but great things to say about my 8 years as a patient.
