Clara coloured and cut my hair today and the results were amazing! She is very talented! The salon was cute, comfortable and clean. All of the staff was friendly, warm and inviting. The location was handy with parking just across the street. I loved that it had a large beauty boutique as well as I was able to stock up on some of my favourite products. I have already scheduled my next appointment in 9 weeks and am so happy to have found such a great salon right here in Orillia.

I am sorry to report that I drove an hour to see a ``colour expert`` Christina and didn`t receive the service I booked for. I was looking forward to a Hair spa rejuvenation. I waited an extra 40 min. for my appoint to begin. Christina has spent most of my time with her prev. client taking pictures, due to this fact She did not have time to colour my hair. She preformed a rinse that barely neutralised my existing colour, I was trying to grow out my silver and needed expertise in blending... the cut was below average as she did not give the proper layering requested, the final style was ok.

I’ve been seeing Christina for a few months now and it is always such a great experience. I have dark, thick, curly hair and have tried a few other salons in the area but Christina stands out. she always takes her time and makes sure I walk out of the Salon feeling my best. She always has meaningful conversations with me prior to my appointment to make sure we’re both on the same page to create an attainable goal for my hair. I definitely recommend Christina and the Lavender Loft Salon!
