My name is Tammy, Michael's mom. My daughter took my granddaughter for her appointment. They were 10 minutes early. They did not get in for appointment until almost an hour late because Emily went to lunch. Why would you schedule an appointment (well ahead) then knowing the appointment should be there in 10 min. Go to lunch. she finally got in LATE and Emily got started and ran out of supplies in the middle of doing highlights. I cannot believe Emily would schedule an appt for highlights and run out of supplies. Isn't that part of scheduling, so supplies will be there. This happened like a week before black Friday. My daughter told me the granddaughters hair didn't have highlights, it was all just lighter. My granddaughter started to print check that her mom signed and they refused it, said it has to be cursive writing.....hello people don't you know kids don't learn cursive in school for the last10 years. Basically my granddaughter got her hair lightened and couple days later, it was out in shower. I just saw her today, 1st time and it is no highlights whatsoever, it is dark brown. I think Emily and Lavish needs to refund her $130.00, she worked hard this summer to pay for this. There is no way she will be back after the last time. Please make this right.
