I would never refer anyone to Jessica Piedra for an Immigration Attorney they are very unprofessional and rude!!! I have never once had a professional person call and be very rude for asking if we are still having a phone consultation.. I have had bad experience with Jessica Piedra’s Law Firm. This is my first experience dealing with a lawyer and honestly I am not satisfied. I started my AP Process and it was sent back for additional evidence, which I provided the evidence and one of the representatives call me stating that my case was denied because my reasoning for going to Mexico was not valid. Months later, I received a letter from immigration stating that my AP Application has been closed due to “Abandonment” meaning they did not respond and lied about my application being denied because of my reasoning. I’ve tried contacting the office several times and no one has resolved my case. Recently I sent an email directly to Jessica Pierda asking for an appointment because I would like a refund since they have not been doing their part. It’s been almost a month and no response. Please save your money and time. I don’t think they are professional / organized.

I have tried to be patient with this office but they are extremely unorganized and do not return emails or phone calls. We ended up moving on to another lawyer and this office would not even forward my file, claiming they never worked with us! They advertise heavily but once you sign a contract and pay them, you are lost in the chaos!
