Lazy, unprofessional, and scammers are how I would describe this place. 0 stars is what they deserve. We made an appointment for a consultation to get help with my mother-in-law's permanent residency application that was denied and we had a limited time to submit a motion to reconsider otherwise she's required to leave the county. When we first arrived there were multiple people waiting outside the door claiming their appointments were 30 minutes ago and no one was in the office. After 10 minutes of waiting past our appointment, all the office staff walked in laughing with to-go box food in their hands and unapologetic about being late. (clearly decided a group lunch break out of the office was appropriate and their scheduled appointments did not matter) After our consultation, Julio told us they would send us a quote for his services, and after calling multiple times and being promised a call back 6 days went by before they finally got back to us with a quote when we were told we would receive one same day. On top of that, he was asking $5,000 to help fill out ONE form! That is absolutely insane! We decided to go to a family-trusted lawyer and redo the entire process from start to finish for this application for perm residency, which is only $1,500. I am not one to normally leave reviews but this was not right. They were unprofessional and trying to take advantage of us knowing we were desperate for help. DO NOT GO HERE!
