Absolutely terrible experience! The attorney never responded to me. I would call asking for him to call me. No response for months…but then they would send a statement to me billing me 175 dollars for the assistant taking the message. This went on until most of my 5000 dollar retainer was gone. They also passed me off to another attorney and charged me to then fill him in on the work the previous useless attorney never completed. It took 6 weeks to get a simple demand letter done!
