Regarding my legal representation, my attorney was made aware of the specific details about the injury and affected body parts immediately after my appointment took place. At no point did he indicate that I was required to include this information on the original report. This was never communicated to me! . I have documented evidence, both written and printed, confirming that my lawyer was informed promptly by both the medical professionals involved and myself. I was proactive and clear in all my communications, including phone calls, to ensure that the necessary parties were fully aware of the situation. And he knew that I am very vocal in any conversations that I had with him! And if you do not know the details, you should have asked the attorney to be honest when it comes to these important case files because this is client livelihood. Therefore, I would respectfully ask that any reviews or evaluations of the circumstances take these facts into consideration. It is important not to reinterpret or justify what actually happened based on incomplete or inaccurate information.
