Wow! I wish I had seen the reviews on this firm before they were recommended to my son. The lack of communication, disrespectful tone, and the time it's taking to resolve an open and closed case! Something told me to find my son another firm. But this one was recommended. Now seeing they take Majority of the money is completely crazy when you have to focus the lawyers to do the job.

My experience with this firm has been deeply frustrating and far from what I was led to expect based on their glowing reviews. I’ve been working with them for nearly a year, and yet my case remains unresolved with no clear end in sight. The lack of communication has been one of the most infuriating aspects. I’ve had to constantly chase down updates because no one takes the initiative to call or inform me of any progress. When I do manage to get someone on the phone, I’m either told the same vague information I’ve already heard or promised a call back that never comes. Most concerning was a recent mix-up where I was incorrectly informed I needed to appear in court—turns out they confused me with another client. This kind of error is not just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable. I chose this firm because of its positive reputation, but unfortunately, my experience has not lived up to the reviews. My attorneys—Paul N. Rouhana and Craig Ross—as well as paralegal Kera Sayers, have consistently fallen short in their responsibilities. A year after my incident, it’s baffling that my case is still unresolved. It should not be my job to chase down the professionals I hired to advocate for me. The lack of accountability and poor communication have made an already stressful situation even worse. What’s even more frustrating is that despite their subpar service, they still expect to collect a percentage of my settlement. They need to do better—period.

I didn't really like the communication. I had to keep richard out to see the status of my twain for almost two years, to get 7,500. Of course, they took the bigger portion, which is 10,000 when I spoke with them, they said, hey, your expense came up to 7,500. Then turn around. That's what I'm getting I waited too long and reached out too many times to get this small portion. I don't even have the car anymore. Next time, I will use my personal lawyer. He's way cheaper and good at what you do.
