I wish I could give Fawn more stars than 5 stars. After dealing with 4 other attorneys over the course of 13 years due to my ex husband using his financial status to constantly take me back to court. This last time I was financially drained. My children were being abused, even running from his home when he told them he was going for Sole custody and wanting them to lie in court. I felt as though the courts have left me down before and already felt defeated unable to protect my children from further narcissistic abuse. Fawn was referred to me by a friend who my children confided in as to what was taking place. He told me that Fawn knows how to handle cases such as these. After speaking to her once I felt more at ease. She got to know my situation inside and out, came up with a plan of action and made sure I knew what to expect. When the time came , my ex husband did not know what hit him. My children were at the age where they revealed everything that happened and what was going on when in his care. His attorney who believed all of his lies looked defeated and embarrassed. Due to Fawn's professionalism, knowledge and ability to think quickly I now have Sole legal, medical and educational custody of both of my kids. My kids are continuing to heal from everything that occured, but because of Fawn they are now safe and thriving and we are all able to start to heal from years of custody hearings and lies. When I say she saved all 3 of our lives, I mean that in the literal sense. Both kids are teenagers who were suffering from severe depression. I only found out everything that happened after due to them being afraid of their father finding out they told anyone. I would never recommend any other attorney other than Fawn. She was my families guardian angel and we will be forever grateful for all she did. Thank you Fawn from the bottom of our hearts.

We hired Fawn after a mutual friend recommended her last year, when we found ourselves in a custody situation against my grandsons father. We have had primary custody of our grandson since he was 4 years old, with little to almost no involvement from his father. He basically started our custody battle over us filing for some monetary support after 12 years. Fawn did not flinch in taking our case and I can't thank her enough for doing so even when she was already very busy!! She has been very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and caring in our fight. She has definitely become what I consider a friend to me and our family. It has been a long process and a lot of back and forth issues, but she has stood by us every step of the way! Even with all of my bombarding emails and messages, she has continued to listen to my/our concerns. We are finally starting to see light at the end of the tunnel, with pending paperwork submitted for parental rights to be signed off by father. Fawn Kehler is extremely knowledgeable in custody law and took the time to make sure we had all the necessary information needed to prepare for taking custody of our niece. She supported us through the process and went out of her way to stay in communication, even when she was on vacation. She has supported and explained everything along the way. Fawn is an amazing Custody trial attorney. Obviously you have to be a good parent, for her to have good material to work with. But it’s not too often the courts switch up primary custody from mother to father. She is super organized, and had great Communication throughout our entire process. I actually had to fire my original attorney due to his lack of communication, and it was the best decision I ever made. Hiring Fawn as my new council was the reason I won my case. She prepped all my witnesses with ease, and argued such a great defense, that it made us the offense. I’m so proud to have my son full time now.
