Over the phone. The female paralegal was So rude ! The female paralegal banned me from there lawfirm services because I had to reschedule and then days later I arrived late to an appointment.Sounds kinda odd. But don't blame me. I was literally sitting in their business parking lot while talking over the phone with her. . I live 1 hour away. I told the paralegal I was on my way and I'll be running late. Traffic is mad crazy on 495 around 3pm. Before leaving out I asked her if that was Okay. She said yes. I told her how far I live from there over the phone. When I got there she turned me away. And then she said they can no longer ever again offer me there business. This is the first time that I ever heard of a lawfirm telling a customer that they can no longer offer service to a customer because they are running late or has to reschedule a appointment. That's a very odd protocol for any business. Especially a lawfirm. Extremely rude ! No question. Not even debatable. I was very respectful as always. 💯. Years ago Jay helped me with a legal situation. He's no longer there. I did business with the lawfirm years ago. Before everything was good. It seems different now. I need a lot of things done. But I'll take business elsewhere. They are a lot of good lawfirms in Maryland.

I highly recommend Montero Law Group, LLC! I was referred by CAM PT & Wellness services. Manny and his brilliant team helped me with a car accident case that had been on going for a while since 2021 and they tracked the down the person responsible and then helped me fight the tedious insurance company that was refusing to be at fault. They are amazing at what they do, they fought for what was fair and helped with that awful stressful ordeal. I will be recommending all of my friends and family members to this law group.
