The management here is very helpful. I highly recommend moving here for a mid-long term lease...especially if you're a new immigrant and cannot communicate in English very fluently. My good friend RayJ lives here, with a family of 8 in a 2bd+2ba. I slept over once, and my experience overall was exquisite. Falling asleep to the subtle rustling sound of baby cockroaches crawling in my ceiling was relaxing as ever. I can never forget waking up to the crisp echoes of butt-spankings that my illiterate Zimbabwean neighbors were dishing out to their 8y old son. More imporantly, the experience is not complete without an afternoon tea-time on the balcony with flocks of seagull squabbling over scraps of No Name® Lightly Salted Rippled Potato Chips ($1.22 ea at NoFrills) that my upstairs neighbour and good friend Sukhjinder had accidentally left out. My balcony was painted with feathers and liquid-y excrement, what a mess haha! Overall, I can relate very well to the clientele base at this complex. If you are lucky, you might even get to share an elevator with 2+ groups of companions with a mixture of ethnicities. The fusion of spicy fragrance from Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh and the ashy haze of Jigjiga town gave me an out of body experience for sure. Thank you RayJ, if you had never handed me a Tylenol tablet when I was choking on my own phlemg, I would've never met you and missed out on this experience of a lifetime.
