I really hate to have to write a less than 5-star review, but not sure what else to do at this point. I’ve been working with this company for a few years now and have always had stellar service. However, the most recent project was to swap my water heater with a new one since the old one started leaking. I caught it before it flooded our house. The plumber that was here was in a hurry. Unfortunately, the soldering on the ball valve did not hold and my storage room flooded overnight. They referred me to a restoration company that shares owners with Lawson Family Pluming and they are doing a poor job at remedying this situation. I gave Lawson three stars because they are trying to do the right thing, but as a homeowner, this is an awful experience for anyone to go through. I know mistakes happen but this is a huge loss for us.

Joe from Lawson Family Plumbing installed a loop and water softener at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thorough, highly professional, and did an excellent job with the installation. Joe took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I knew how to operate my new equipment, and he was very helpful in answering all my questions. I was introduced to Lawson Family Plumbing by my daughter who had 2 toilets replaced. I was repairing a shower leak and was not able to get it quite together, so I called them. Technician Chris arrived and said I had it done almost right, and he showed me how I had missed a step so I could do it again if needed. He started to leave and I asked how much I owed. He said he wouldn't charge anyone for that since I almost had it done. When was the last time a plumbing Co did not charge you? I recently had a garbage disposal installed by technician Harley. He quoted me a fair price and it was quickly and properly installed. If you want quality work for a fair price along with a feeling of dealing with a smaller and friendly feeling Co; go with Lawson Family Plumbing. Another great thing is that they are a family owned local business located right here in Gilbert and I always like to support local businesses.

Such a nice plumber arrived early after calling to see if that would for for me. He finished the project quickly. We did then find a hot water tank problem and he is sending me a quote to get that problem also. I was happy he noticed the issue.
