La-Z-Boy Kingston

This is a long overdue review in praise of Leah, the most amazing design consultant. She helped us find the perfect rocker/recliner for our new baby's nursery, keeping within our budget. We spend literally hours every day in that chair. She also previously helped my dad with purchasing his recliner, which he loves, and it means the world to me that she treated my father with so much care and consideration. She goes above and beyond! Generally, everyone who works here has been amazing to us as well. Highly recommend this store!!!

Karen was very helpful in finding exactly what we needed and arranging payment, financing, etc. My husband's chair is a "miracle chair" because of the heat and massage features. Both chairs meet our requirements perfectly. I call them Mama Bear and Papa Bear chairs for obvious reasons.

We were in the market for a new sofa, so we popped in to La-Z-Boy Kingston store. Karen greeted us almost immediately in a pleasant and professional way. She went out of her way to ensure we knew all the different options available, including the extended warranty option. The manager was also involved, offered us beverages and was very personable. We also had help from a couple of others in the store. I would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for furniture!
