Impact Homes is an young energetic team. when I approached them, they gave warm welcome and had an informative discussion. The price they offered was competitive for high quality branded meterials spec. Mr. Manikandan on the day one what he promised to me, he hold his words till completion of the construction. The Construction materials was as per agreement from start to end no deviations. Our engineer Mr. Muthu executed the project fullest of satisfaction. He played has an bridge and anchor between us, to his owner and execution team. Execution was as promised and as per plan without no delay. After completion during one year maintenance there support was impressive.

I recently built my house in avadi with Impact Homes.. they r very professional...They built my house with the promised quality & materials. Manikandan ( propreitor) was very helpful with Very convenient and friendly discussions on the process, negotiations, contract signing. Excellent work by Prasanna ( design ) in understanding our needs on the design and clearly providing us alternatives accommodating our needs and detailing all aspects including 3d walk through. Anand ( Site Engineer) was ever present for us on all days through the construction period. There was hardly any idle day for the entire duration of construction and everyday Anand was giving us updates on whatsapp and was always coming to site when we visit and explaining us in full details. Really glad that we chose Impact Homes to fullfil our dream home project.
