We had several new light fixtures installed, numerous plugs installed in our basement and best of all, 4 new pot lights installed with no cutting into the walls! Eric did his homework and properly examined the surrounding lights and wires to find out that he could save us both the headache of a hole in the wall. Great experience all around!

Timothy HemmerickHate writing these are I know how much they can impact a small business. I chose LB because they had good reviews but turns out they are "just another one". They were quick to book, quick to come, and quick to invoice. Here is the story; Had multiple flickering lights upstairs. Tech came, replaced a switch, made dimmer bulbs recommendations. Cool. 400 bucks. Three weeks later the same fixture is flickering. Reached out, estimate was $200 min to come back out. I asked for a discount since I believe they didn't fix it the first time, and they agreeed to simply charge me and hourly rate to come back and review the work New tech shows up. Uninformed of the previous work order. I know this because I asked. I also reminded dispatch the day before that the new tech should review the details because it doesn't appear to be a simple switch lightbulb compatibility issue. Tech replaces the exact same switch as weeks prior and another one that isn't even problematic. Job done right? Nope, flickering is even worse and now the fixture in the nursery is unsuable. I email right away. No response for multiple days. I call and speak to someone to see if they can come out and fix the issues they have now flubbed on twice. The response. Only if I pay a 3rd time! As of right now I am waiting for their response over a week later. Will they call back and give me some BS or will they take accountability.
