I submitted my PR application through this firm with Crystal Xu. I did start with a consultation with Crystal as my first PR application that I have done myself got rejected through EE. During the consultation, Crystal was very through and provided great deal of details in explaining the reasons of rejections and how to move forward. I then made them my representative. They were very through and detailed. Crystal was very responsive and was always on top of things and always made sure I have the right documentation. Given this , I got my EE invite again as a healthcare worker. My application was approved and I became a PR. I would not hesitate to deal and work with them and be in peace of mind.
