The same like previous reviews we also had some worst experience from the LCT shop in Karama. Not only for us but the parents who waited there at the same time with us too dated (01/04/2025 around 4.30 pm). The important thing is the shop is too small and they didn't even know the how to handle the rush. They kept one such a disgusting person who doesn't even know how to talk to people. And while we are complaining the same to one person in the counter he replying us about the crowd inside. he is such a man that he doesn't even understanding that we complaining about the bad behaviour of the one who is standing outside. Anyway we are going to raise a complaint against the same. I know that more and more parents had the same experiences before. Also if anyone having such bad and worst experience and about to do raise the voice can contact do through the same reply. They are not even good for a single star.

I visited the LCT Uniform shop in Karama, which supplies uniforms for many schools across Dubai. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. This is the worst customer experience shop in Dubai I ever experienced. Firstly, the quality of the uniforms is incredibly poor. The fabric used is substandard and doesn’t last beyond few washes with its original color and look. It’s disappointing to see such low-quality materials being used, especially when the prices are almost equivalent to those of the original uniforms sold by the school-authorized stores. Additionally, the customer service at this shop is one of the worst I’ve encountered in Dubai. The staff’s attitude is appalling, making the shopping experience quite unpleasant. On top of that, there are often long wait times to get a salesperson’s attention, adding to the frustration. Despite its poor quality and service, the shop enjoys crowd due to its convenient location. Most of the school-authorized stores are situated far from the city, making LCT Uniform shop a more accessible option for many parents. However, convenience alone does not justify the subpar experience it offers. In conclusion, I would not recommend shopping at LCT Uniform shop in Karama. The low-quality uniforms, high prices, and terrible customer service make it a place to avoid. Look for other options, even if they are farther away, to ensure you get better value for your money and a more pleasant shopping experience.

Very worst experience with shops people, I felt people inside shop are looking who are are and behaving with customer, this just worst experience I had. Shop people don’t respect that customer is just customer , they should not differentiate between two people, and behave badly due to some external circumstances occurring around the world. We should not support such behavior and avoid shopping from this place. Sellers to understand the need of customer to make business success, and not to make any problems for customers, but this shop people had created problems for me, and I never face such problems in UAE in last 15 years.

Got my kid's school uniform from here for last 2 years. Quality is good and comparatively cheaper than the school recommended store. Can be very crowded on the busy days like the last day before opening school.
