We purchased the Iphone 12 pro in Amazon and CKR is the shop where the phone was from,the keyboard is really annoying,it hangs most of the times,we contacted the amazon customer service and Amazon said we have to message the shop,we whatsapp them but only they’re replied is “contact the amazon customer support”..even I sent those conversations with Amazon,well they’re just read and never answered again..first of all your not gave any invoice receipt which my husband faults why he didn’t asked the receipt as he thinks the phone is okay,I hate this kind of service,unprofessional and ignoring my messages after I forwarded the message from Amazon,just because you get rid the phone that wasn’t really okay..be fair to your costumer..
