JarosławSpotkałem się z chamskim atakiem na moją osobę przez panią sprzedawczynię, przy próbie zwrotu kupionego tam niedrogiego produktu, źle opisanego na opakowaniu. Miałem paragon, kupowałem dzień wcześniej. To był mój drugi i ostatni kontakt z tą pasmanterią, pierwszym razem również sprzedano mi nie ten towar, na którym mi zależało, ale zignorowałem sprawę, widać, że nie dobrze. Nie polecam.
Monika AbramczykNie polecam usług Pani Krawcowej w tym punkcie. Oddałam jeansy do dopasowania (zwężenia). Pani twierdziła, że nie będzie widać różnicy w spodniach po dopasowaniu czym mnie przekonała do usługi. No niestety była. Spodnie zostały zwężone poprzez tylny szew pomiędzy kieszeniami tylnymi (sprawiło, że kieszenie są bliżej). Szew został rozpruty a spodnie zszyte ponownie usuwając nadmiar materiału. Jak widać na załączonym zdjęciu kieszenie i przeszycie ponad nimi są krzywo, niesymetrycznie a kieszenie jedna wyżej a jedna niżej o 0,5 cm ( jest to bardzo widoczne, bo teraz kieszenie są bardzo blisko siebie). Przyszłam, by zareklamować usługę i by poprawić spodnie. Pani Krawcowa stwierdziła, że nie będzie poprawiać bo to za trudne! ( wcześniej jakoś nic o tym nie wspomniała) i że dla niej jest ok. Stwierdziła tez, że to wada producenta spodni, bo kieszenie są na różnej wysokości od przeszycia (stebnowania) powyżej. To było kłamstwo, by zatuszować swoje partactwo, bo obie kieszenie są dokładnie 2,1 cm od niższego stebnowania mierząc od krawędzi (zdjęcia z miarką). W każdym razie bardzo źle to wygląda i spodnie są do wyrzucenia. Gdybym mogła cofnąć czas nigdy bym się nie zdecydowała na takie poprawki u tej Pani. Nie polecam!!!
