I wanted to love this place so bad. My massage felt great, did it feel a little rushed...yes. However it felt great. The problem was the quality of customer service. After my massage I gave them my card to pay and they said they don't take cards so to use their ATM. That was a problem for me because that needs to be stated prior to coming, because now I'm paying unnecessary fees. I withdrew the cash from the ATM and then paid, as I'm waiting for my change the lady just stood there. I said may I have my change back, she continued to ignore me. I asked again she said "You don't tip?" I said may I have my change back, why am I begging someone to give me my money?. She kept saying it. I said is it stated somewhere in here that you're supposed to hold on to people's change and keep it as a tip? She finally gave it back to me and I gave her a tip from it and she didn't like what I gave and said "Wow really?". I have NEVER experienced such disgusting/nasty customer service like this. Let's get something straight I tip wherever I go when the service is great. However, I DON'T owe you anything but to pay for the service you provided. After that whatever I decide to give to you is a plus. The begging, the unprofessionalism, and the rudeness of this establishment is why they will never get another penny from me. My husband suggested this place because it's closer to home, but I'll take the drive for top tier customer service!

Absolutely would recommend Jo-jo. She is an absolute professional. Seemed to find the knots without me identifying the areas I had an issue with. Before I arrived I couldn't turn my head to the right. When I left i had full range of motion. Definitely will be returning. The walking on my back was awesome.
