We just finished our refinancing with Nick Hoffner. When we started the process, we contacted 8 lenders to shop around for the best rates. Nick was one of 3 lenders who gave us the lowest rate but the reason we went with him was due to his professionalism. He responds very quickly via phone/text/email and he always matched the lowest offer. He is a consummate professional yet also very easy to communicate with. He completed everything on his end in under a month. It took another month for us to receive refunds/differences from our old mortgage company, county, etc. The process could not have been smoother or easier.
