Had my 9 year old with me today while I was working and found this place randomly. We’re always doing fast food so it was super refreshing to find something authentically healthy and good to eat in Lexington. Collins, the owner, was super nice and helped my daughter pick something out that she really liked and ate all of, same for me. Meat and produce is local, another huge plus! We’ll definitely be back.

My experience at Lean Feast in Lexington, Kentucky, was absolutely exceptional. Michael provided some of the best service I’ve ever had—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain exactly what goes into each meal, which meant a lot since I have allergies to certain oils. Everything is cooked in either extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil, and the quality is top-notch. The variety of snacks, protein bars, drinks, and wellness products is unmatched—perfect for someone like me who’s constantly traveling but wants to stay healthy and fueled. Michael made the entire experience a 10 out of 10. I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and attention to detail. Lean Feast Lexington has definitely earned a loyal customer.

Really great option for any craving!! They have healthy options ranging from different types of protein (including an incredible tallow-fried chicken) to salmon, tons of vegetables and more. A great price point and I felt really good after the meal. The owner and staff are very helpful and warm. Highly recommended!
