We upgraded to LEAP from another software and were initially wary of the potential upheaval of changing our case-management system. However with a bit of planning and support from the team at LEAP, we are pleased to state that our conversion, setup and training went reasonably smoothly with one or two hiccups on the way (which can be expected in a project like this!). Having now used the system for a couple of years and got used to the software, we are quite pleased with a few of the new features that we didn't have with our old case-management system. For example: Since LEAP is cloud based, I can install it on my laptop and work on it from home in the evenings and weekends when I need to catch up with my work, without having to come in to the office at odd hours Secondly having LEAP on my mobile as an app is handy if clients ring me on my mobile when I am out of the office, and I can confidently update them by quickly refreshing their case on my mobile, and letting them know for example that searches have been applied for, or their registration has completed at the Land Registry etc. without having to go to my nearest computer to get an update. Thirdly, LEAP are constantly upgrading their software adding new features and also working with integrating with other third party software like Infotrack and Perfect Property Portal which further streamlines the processes and procedures to save us valuable time that we don't have, ultimately saving us money from the greater efficiencies achieved with such seamless integrations. Finally their support in the form of online chat, email, remote login support and telephone support as and when required has certainly improved and been streamlined from the earlier days giving a comprehensive support package as appropriate for the clients requirements.

We have been using LEAP for a couple of years now and are very happy with the software. It is a very straight forward system, and we have experienced little to no problems since we implemented it. Overall, the service provided is excellent. The training programmes are very easy to understand and informative and we particularly appreciate the quick turnaround on and queries we have, especially on the live chat options. We have received outstanding service throughout, and our account manager is always on hand to help when needed. Keep up the good work!

We use Leap and the system has surpassed our expectations. Leap have thoroughly thought out the needs of a law firm and the support we have received has been exceptional in the few cases when we require assistance.
