Matt was extremely polite and friendly. He went to work immediately and found our compressor to be broken. He researched our unit and found that it was still under warranty, what a financial relief. He ordered the parts needed and returned a day later to fix our A/C unit. I was so impressed with Matt and the Customer Service Rep Darlene that I DEFINITELY be recommending and using Lee Company in the future.
Kristi OlivaI’m just writing to let Lee Company know how much I appreciate your employee, Trace. He saw me struggling and crying while trying to dig out the shut off valve for my outdoor water. I have been sick with the flu all week and am a single mom. I got a phone call from a male neighbor saying my water was leaking and then had another male neighbor knock on my door to let me know my water was spraying. Both know I am a single mom and neither helped. Then Trace came along and didn’t even ask, but just started digging and within minutes was able to shut the water off for me. I can’t tell you how something so small made my day, my week, my month. Especially being a single mom who was home sick with two sick kids all week. Thank you Trace.
