This review is long overdue as my family and I have been patients for about 15 years. We see Dr. Rob for weekly adjustments but also for general health concerns. He has helped us avoid the standard medications that most middle aged people seem to find themselves needing for cholesterol, thyroid, etc. and has even helped us with seasonal allergies and common colds. He can adjust your sinuses and ears to break up congestion and has helped my son improve his asthma so he no longer needs daily medication! My daughter relied on Dr. Rob throughout her pregnancy and my grandson began his visits at just a few weeks old and is now also a regular. Dr. Rob is gentle and extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time understanding your medical history and concerns, will study your bloodwork and suggest wholistic methods for improvement, he stays on top of current research and technology and incorporates it into his clinic. Birmingham Wellness has many alternative treatments and devices to bring you to optimal health. I relied on their PEMF treatment after spinal surgery and my surgeon was shocked at how quickly I healed - the credit goes to Dr. Rob and that device. I don’t want to leave Dr. out of this review - we don’t get to see her often but when we do she is great as well! I highly recommend Birmingham Wellness. If you are hesitant about chiropractic care, I suggest you at least schedule a consultation so that you can see for yourself what they offer. You don’t have to get adjusted (but I hope you do); you can take advantage of therapeutic massages, nutritional therapy or shockwave treatments. The office is very clean and modern and the staff are all friendly and kind. Hop online or give them a call to schedule an appointment - you won’t regret it.

BWC is outstanding. The massage therapy is a guaranteed meltaway. Dr. Rob is a genius with the human body and knows how to release old structural patterns. Modern, clean vibe. Not pretentious or in your face with supplements, oils, gut rehab, etc. as some offices are that insist on pushing beyond their scope. 10/10 experience.
