I purchased a package in September 2024. Called several times in October to reschedule my appointment and no answer. Went on their social media page and made a complaint the owner went on a rant because I exposed their unprofessionalism. I continue to do my services because there were paid for in advances. I went in January for my treatment and did a HydraFacial the third week of January. I schedule my paid for in advance treatment 6 weeks later like it was suggested. First week of April I called and was asking about my services because I knew that it was time for it. The owner is the most unprofessional manner informed me that she refunded my money back in October and that I got other treatments for free. I said oh ok well I did not see anything on my bank account for a credit, so I called my bank. Talked to my bank and discover a refund was never made. The owner then calls back and say that she looked into my account deeper and discovered that the refund was for the October cancellation, and I make an appointment. I have never had such an unpleasant experience nor ever experienced such unprofessionalism or racisms for a business owner. I am store director of LVMH and I have 15 years of experiences in client service and engagement, and I know what I experiences was both unprofessionalism and racisms. Not only was i informed false information on the phone I also was taken off the books for my schedule laser which had me almost 4 weeks off schedule. Meaning I was not going to get the results because of the error and lack of professionalism! As well, I would have to purchase additional packages to obtain the results I want. A waste of time, energy. and resources as well as VERY RUDE AND UNPROI
