I have just finished my right shoulder therapy with Legacy Physical Therapy. I highly recommend it. I started four months ago with having 50% range of motion in my right shoulder. I ended with 90% range of motion and am almost pain free. In particular I recommend Jeremy G. He had insight into my issues and is very knowledgeable and was especially good at structuring my exercises. In addition he is very friendly and supportive. Although it was hard work at therapy he made it fun. I had been going to other therapists for a few months before I went to Legacy and they had not been able to bring me to the point that Jeremy did.

You know what they say— people don’t leave a review unless they’re pissed or utterly delighted. I’m leaving this review on behalf of the latter sentiment, and I don’t review often. This place is great. I was put on to Legacy by word of mouth through one of my friends when I was complaining to him that I need to start PT for my neck. My only prior experience getting PT was with Athletico, and I thought PT was a waste of time after completing 8 weeks of it. Let me be clear, Legacy has completely restored my faith in the efficacy of PT. I’ve suffered neck pain for nearly a decade from 3 herniated discs and facet arthritis. I went through a major flare up that left me incapacitated for nearly a week. I called Legacy and was able to get an initial appointment with the owner, CB scheduled for the following week. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly face. Everyone was super nice. CB legitimately took an hour and a half assessing my neck issue, walking me through (in great, but understandable detail) what he’s assessing, what his findings and recommended course of care was. It’s been about 8 weeks now and my neck is literally in the best shape since before my initial injury nearly a decade back. I have full range of motion back and nearly no pain. I literally owe all of that to CB and the very talented DPTs at Legacy that treated me. I can’t recommend this place enough if you are looking for meaningful results by people who care!

Such a warm, supportive, and amazing place with great staff -- CB and his team are excellent! After an achilles rupture, I was sent here for physical therapy. The entire recovery process has been enjoyable, motivating, and fun. Each person is knowledgeable, understanding, and very enjoyable to be around. I highly recommend Legacy PT and Wellness, the hard work the team does doesn't go unnoticed.

Jeremy is incredibly friendly and always takes the time to listen to you, making sure he understands exactly what’s going on. What really stands out is how good he is at finding the root cause of your issues—not just treating the symptoms, but actually figuring out what’s behind them. He works with you every step of the way, tailoring the treatment to your needs and making sure you’re comfortable and confident throughout the process.
