I am being forced to take my review off this page because Mr. Nwaeze has threatened legal actions. This is the review I've decided to repost. Charles Nwaeze purchased my daughter's home and reneged on the contract causing my daughter and her family to have to take him to court. His defense was that he didn't understand the contract and couldn't speak English well enough all well he was going through to get his realtor license. My daughter's family had to take him to court. They were successful in winning the case yet Mr Nwaeze has yet to pay my daughter and her family one penny they have spent over $100,000 in lawyer fees and now Mr Nwaezw's owes their family close to $400,000. Make up your own mind if this is the person you want to buy or sell your home if he doesnt understand the contract he ask clients to sign? Just wanted to add he is also a preacher. No man of God in my opinion!

i have to say that we had an extremely poor and unprofessional experience dealing with JEFFREY HEWSON as a selling agent on a property we were purchasing, very poor communication, didn't respond to texts emails and phone messages , almost walk away from this deal because of this agent. He has left our bank, lawyer and our agent all frustrated, i know that century 21 is a reputable company, however this is a poor representation of a real estate agent. so much so the seller was asking to change to our agent to complete the transaction......Not Deserving of his commission!
