Because I have called them before, I prefer to call Legacy Roofing and Construction whenever I need help with a job around my place. Just recently I used them to repair my damaged roof. These people are amazing at what they do! They are very professional, strong, honest, and hard workers! They completed my roof in the time frame they had given at the bid of the job, and remained super communicative about their progress all throughout the job! Special shout out to Kyle, who went above and beyond and mowed my lawn at the end of the job!!! I recommend Legacy Roofing and Construction for any job u may need help conquering!

I contracted with Kaylen, the owner, in May. I didn’t want my roof until the end of August. I didn’t get my roof until November. Tried to do project without a permit. 2 guys showed up only long enough to tell me they were leaving for another job. They came back later but still no permit. Kaylen did it online there and then before I’d let them start work. Two days for what was advertised as a one day job. Nails were left in my and my neighbors’ yards. Gutter was damaged by ladder. Old vent covers that had been mangled during removal, were reused. It took another month to get those replaced. Dropped off plastic ones first time. Then eventually dropped off the metal ones. And eventually someone showed up to install. Many promises to replace front siding that was damaged but bailed on that. Months passed before we settled up and then weeks before I got the final paperwork. Throughout the entire process, I had to repeatedly text or call to get things moving. I have no doubt, if I hadn’t been pushing the issue, I might still be waiting for my roof. I’ll never use him again for any work on my house.

What a breath of fresh air! FINALY! A company where “customer service” is priority, and handled with 5 star professionalism!! I had the pleasure of meeting Kaylen randomly In my neighborhood, and what an outstanding display of what an ethical, and friendly businessman is all about. I had no idea my roof was damaged from the hail and wind, but Kaylen not only, showed me the damage but educated me, in detail everything about my roof, and the problems I was facing, and more importantly the solution. 3 weeks later, LEGACY ROOFING, and CONSTRUCTION had a bran new roof on my house, and what a beautiful job these guys did. They were polite, punctual, and I Highley recommend them to anyone with any roofing needs! BIG THUMBS UP!!

My first experience with Robert Ashley, a former employee at Legacy Roofing and Construction, I was mislead and overcharged for unnecessary work I was being told needed to be done. Once Shelby took over the job everything ran smoother and quicker than I ever expected! The house looks better than it ever has and we could not be happier with the work that was done and the professional manner in which everything was handled after our initial bad experience!
