We left early enough in the day to be able to visit downtown Roanoke and several restaurants/bars before the concert. The convenience of door-to-door service and not having to park a car was a huge benefit. We were also dropped off and picked up right at the gate of the concert entrance. I have also used their services for wine/brewery tours with friends for special occasions, and we have the best time!
