STAY AWAY. Do not step foot in this dealership, their service center, or purchase a Chrysler vehicle. I purchased a brand-new vehicle in early 2025. On my second visit to the dealership (after a successful test drive on my first visit), the vehicle would not start. I was repeatedly told by both sales and service that the issue was “just the battery” and that replacing it would resolve everything. I was assured there were no underlying issues. From the moment I brought the vehicle home, problems continued — frequent no-start conditions, repeated boosts, and tows. Since purchase, the vehicle has been in and out of service continuously, including over six weeks sitting in service right now, with many parts replaced and no resolution. I opened a case with Chrysler corporate, and the experience has been equally unacceptable. The assigned case manager and supervisor have not returned hundreds of calls and voicemails. Agents refuse to provide full names or email addresses and consistently claim supervisors are “not available,” even when calling repeatedly throughout the day. The dealership itself has been just as unresponsive — calls, emails, and texts go unanswered. I was told the case manager at Chrysler was on vacation, which I later confirmed was not true. I was then informed that my current situation had been forgotten. While physically present at the dealership and at two separate service centers, I was often dismissed outright, told issues I was experiencing were “not a problem,” and given conflicting information from different staff . Everyone you speak to in service, dealership, Chrysler points the finger somewhere else without providing details on who can resolve it. After independently reviewing the vehicle’s repair history, I discovered that 3–4 months prior to my purchase, the vehicle had already exhibited the exact same issue while sitting on the lot, and the battery was replaced at that time. This was never disclosed — not before purchase, and not during the past 10 months of ongoing issues. To make matters worse, I was repeatedly told — by at least 10 different people in sales and service — that my battery had been replaced. Documentation now confirms this was false; the battery was only boosted, not replaced. When I asked about trading in the vehicle, the dealership advised the value would drop from $90,000 to the low $40,000s in just nine months. Yet when they sold my 13-year-old trade-in, it was listed and sold at approximately 50% of its value. I am now out tens of thousands of dollars due to misrepresentation, lack of disclosure, and complete failure by both the dealership and Chrysler to take responsibility. This is affecting my day-to-day life and mental well-being.
