Lehigh Dental is a very professional and welcoming dental office. I would recommend everyone to come and get treatment here! My hygienist Angel is the sweetest and most caring hygienist I’ve ever had. Dr.Baus and his team are exceptionally professional and efficient. Glad I found this wonderful office !

I have been a patient for years and each and every time it’s been amazing. There is very little wait once you check in and when you are seen it’s always a friendly atmosphere. On my most recent visit I had a new to me hygienist named Janee. She was really friendly and gave thorough explanations as to what she was doing. She genuinely cared about my comfort and my teeth have never been cleaner. Dr Baus did the final check over and I was treated with the same care and compassion. I highly recommended Lehigh Dental.

I hate the dentist. I am sure that most people do! But this was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist in my 55 years of life! My first visit was because I had cracked a tooth and I thought it was just going to have to come out but the dentist said they could save it. I was so happy! My second visit was a root canal. I was a nervous wreck, but everyone made me feel super comfy and I did not feel 1 ounce of pain. The dentist told me everything he was doing step-by-step as it was happening and I felt my entire body relax. I feel like I don’t want to tell anyone about this place because I want them all to myself, but trust me they are worth a visit!

I was looking for a new dentist seeing as it has been a while since my last cleaning. A friend of mine suggested Lehigh Dental so I thought I would give them a try. Since I was a new patient my first visit was just X-rays and going thru the numbers on the quality of my teeth’s health. I was surprised that after hearing mostly low numbers (which is good) and some middle of the road that they suggested I get a gingivitis scaling before getting some cavity’s repaired. Afterwards they would do a normal cleaning of my teeth. Key word is “suggested”. I reluctantly agreed and scheduled the appointments. Even though it drove up my bill. 2 to 3 weeks after doing some research I decided I wanted to try some over the counter remedies that I took time to research instead of doing the hour scaling service they suggested. So I called them today to cancel the scaling appointment and just get my cavity’s and routine cleaning done. After going back and fourth on the phone with them they asked me why I wanted to cancel the scaling procedure. I told them I would like to try some at home procedures as well as keeping the cost low on my future bill but wanted to continue with the cavity filling and routine cleaning. I was then told that if I cancel my appointment for the scaling that they would not be able to proceed with the other things I wanted done. I asked the woman point blank on the phone if the doctor is refusing treatment of me because I did not want to do their suggested procedure and was told yes. At that point I told her to cancel all of my appointments. Please do not waste your time with this place if you are looking for a new dentist. I am very disappointed that the doctor does not care about the patients cares or concerns and tried to bully me into paying more for a suggested procedure instead of caring enough about their patients to respect their decisions and be willing to do what I asked for. That shows me that they would rather let my teeth rot out of my head instead of doing a normal routine cleaning which is all I wanted in the first place. A “Doctor” that does not care about their patients is not a “Doctor” for me.

Lehigh Dental is a dentist.
