My first time at this establishment as my daughters recommended I go and get a hair cut and beard trim. They highly recommended Tony. There is a lot of free parking was well lit and very welcoming. Staff was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place and I definitely be back. Great job Tony my wife and kids love it. They said I look like a new man and they love the transformation.

I have come here for a while. I was ok with with cuts especially for the price. I didn’t particular like have water spray all over my face and clothes when my hair gets washed, but it wasn’t such a huge issue if the end result was worth the price. One hairdresser on a separate occasion ruined the natural texture of my hair. I was in tears after writing a review on here. When the owner tried to rectify the situation and repaired it, I gave this salon another shot. The hair ended up very short to the chin. I loved how it looked so, I continued to go despite losing 5 inch’s of hair. I attempted to grow it out to have nice long hair again. My locks looked wonderful, but the ends were dead, so I went here to trim the ends and ended up with ruined hair, due to overlayering. He looked very disheartened, because he knew it looked terrible. I told them I wear it curly and wanted the trim to complement my natural texture (BTW recommend not blow drying curly hair if the person wears it naturally curly, it ruins curls and creates frizz, as a hairstylist this should be known unless curly hair isn’t there forte.) I still tipped as a last farewell. I cannot return after this atrocity occurred to my locks, for a second time. I don’t take any pleasure in cutting down a small business, I simply cannot overlook the damage that was done. I have tried waiting it out for over a month, but I am still distraught with the results and cannot stay silent anymore.

The Hair Fix Salon is a fantastic small business in the Richmond Hill neighborhood. They have been taking care of my haircuts and trims for years, and my appointments have typically been pleasant. While there have been occasional glitches, especially when the salon is busy or short-staffed, I know they strive to provide excellent service. I realized I have taken their great services for granted over the years and wanted to express my appreciation. My hairstylist, Perry, is a seasoned professional. He is incredibly flexible and attentive to my needs as my life evolves. Perry can be expertly quick and efficient if I'm in a hurry, or he can take his time to add delightful details when I have more time. If you're looking for a warm, family-run atmosphere, filled with friendly chatter of the staff, and seeing long-time customers dropping in for their regular appointments, and the phone ringing with new bookings, The Hair Fix Salon is the perfect place!
