At this point, I can not recommend Cuchara Jewelry. As my push present my husband ordered me their family band. Over $1200. A stone fell out shortly after having the ring. I had to pay $59 to ship it back to Canada to only be refunded $20. They repaired my ring and shipped it back the whole process took a little over a month. The following day after getting my ring back and wearing once the same stone fell out again. I have zero confidence in the company and the quality of their product. They don't offer refunds on custom jewelry. I'm going to get my ring repaired again but will be fearful to wear it since I don't trust their craftsmanship. So now i've spent $1200 on something that I can't even wear because I don't want to keep dealing with this issue and the poor customer service. Very disappointing. Will never purchase from them again. I ordered a $60 birthstone ring from mint and lily and have had no issues with it and it cost 1/18 of the price. Save your money!

I had an old engagement ring that was really large, heavy, and too shiny for my taste. I went to Cuchara Jewelry to take the stone and reset it into something that I could wear everyday. Edi was so thoughtful, creative and understood the vision that I was going for. She was able to look at my style and find a design that would align and hit all of the notes I was looking for (low-profile, simple, "chill"). She answered all of my questions and she worked quickly to complete my ring. I haven't taken it off - I love it SO much, and I get so many compliments! I can't wait to buy more jewelry from Cuchara!!
