miriam solisWouldn’t not recommend this place to nobody. He lets his assistants whom are inexperienced handle all the paper work & they make several mistakes. Mistakes that can cost you to lose your case, they will tell you what you want to hear to get money off of you and do absolutely nothing. I would have been better off not having a lawyer, they made several mistakes in my application. They do not advise you on anything either, nor help you to actually win your case. Just a waste of time and money.

Kim KimJames took 5,000 from me and was not able to secure anything. He did not complete a set of documents which was required and asked from immigration. I asked at another law firm when I took the documents I had and showed it to them. They said James did not complete the documents properly which is why my case was rejected and denied. When I tried to contact James regarding the issue, I could not reach him despite calling his office multiple times. Multiple friends who were in my exact or similar situation received their H1 visas through other law offices. I do not recommend hiring James as your attorney for any legal immigration matters. Also, H1 visa process is handled in a lottery type system. Those who are picked through the lottery usually receive their visas unless they have any documents missing or there are no issues with the sponsor themselves. I can prove I or the sponsor themselves did not have any issues that would’ve caused my H1 visa denial. Once again, I do not recommend this scam artist.
