Got my hair coloured today at the Lemon Salons Borivali branch. I was very specific about the colour that I wanted. @Faisal was understanding about my requirements. He did such an amazing hair colour I am also adding picture for reference. He also suggested me hair treatments that will be good for my hair. he was absolutely professional as well as kind and friendly. Worst experience. Not even one star it deserves. My mom went there for hydra facial and hair treatment in lemon .She was told that we will give you free de tan and after that the girl who was doing facial also got scared and applied ice and some gel to her face but didn’t tell anything to her. They didn’t even allowed mom to see face , unfortunately I was not with my mom that time. Her face is full of rash as you can see in pic. Allergy test was not done before using products.Had taken membership also and was planning hair treatment here. But I’m scared now. Please be careful before taking any kind of treatment here. Need my membership money back
