We took a couple deluxe ac room. As our room was newly decorated, the room was nice and it was their best room, as we heard from their staff. But while staying there, we came to know that the other rooms were below average. They offered us a complementary breakfast. But the waiter of the restaurants treated us very badly. So, we didn’t have their so-called complementary breakfast anymore. I wonder how they call it a 3 star hotel. Overall not recommended to choose it.

Rooms are livable, can't complaint their. You get what you play for. But the service is terrible. Had to ask multiple times for toiletries, looks like they didn’t clean the refrigerator for days! I asked them to clean it, still they didn’t. Location is so so. Don't expect any views.

Perhaps the worst hotel in the 3-star category. I was a little bit late to arrive here and the receptionist provided me with a room that gave me a nightmare. I was provided a broken mug to take bath as the shower on the wall is so weak to provide you ample water to soake your body. The rooms were dirty and the walls were damp. The doorbell is out of order. Even The flush of the high commode doesn't work! The balcony was so dirty that you will hesitate to look at it the second time. A special surprise of a gang full of mosquitoes will arrive late at night in your rooms to provide you company and end up drinking your valuable, sweet blood. Think twice before coming here. Don't fall in their marketing trap, trust me and enjoy your stay in Cox Bazar.

Though our room was newly decorated, we got an excellent room. But how far I came to know during staying there the others rooms were below average. And they told us about the complementary breakfast, haha, the behaviour of the restaurant staff like we have come to eat beggar food. Others tourists have lots of complaints during staying there. Not recommend to stay Bay Marina.
