Simply requesting my address at the time of booking, could have solved A LOT of communication issues. I missed a phone call 45 mins prior to the appointment, to request my address, and to indicate they were ALREADY running behind for a 9:30am appointment, and weren’t sure how late they would be. Address was provided at 9:40, and I was told I would need to reschedule as they went to another appointment. Following my 1 star review, I was sent an email stating “I hope you show more tact with the next company you engage”.
