Held a birthday party for my daughter here and it was such a great experience from start to end. To start the staff I spoke with to plan it were so helpful - and I must have called them 3 times to go over everything. Then while there they accommodated 16 screaming girls politely and professionally and with so much patience. The venue was perfect, we used 4 rooms and the kids had a blast, although some got very scared at times! but the fun kind of scared. After the party they couldn't stop talking about how much fun it was. The party room was perfect for pizza and cake and the staff were so accommodating and didn't rush us at all and went above and beyond to help and provide anything we needed. 5 stars by far. They also were very accomodating about headcount and only charged us for the number of players that came. I heard some of the kids say after they want to have their birthdays there so you may see us again soon :)

I'm so confused with all these positive reviews. Maybe the room we did was not great. I do not recommend. Did the fallout/vault room. Didn't get a story in the beginning to explain the room. Low quality room and puzzles. Felt like they placed a bunch of random puzzles in each room and called it a day. There was no flow. The quality of the room and puzzles were lacking. Definitely much better places in Calgary.

Great fun! We did it with our family if 4 including a 15 year old and an 18 year old. At the beginning when I saw the room I thought it was basic and small but as we went along more doors kept opening revealing hidden clues and passages… we beat the room with 5 minutes to spare and only using a couple of medium clues…. We all loved it and would go back to Level1 to try a different room! We did the haunting of apartment 103. Gave us a couple of good scares as well.

This place is great, we have done 3 rooms here so far and plan on finishing all of them. The 2 young guys at the counter are super friendly and helpful. They really explained things to us our first time in and remembered us each time afterwards.
